Porch Freshen up

This customer asked me to freshen up their Porch / doorway the existing paint had blistered and flaking away as well as many paint runs on the wood and overladed corners.

the area was completely sanded back and before being treated with 2 coats of Primer / undercoat followed by a final coat of Brilliant White High Gloss. restoring the wood to the original look with a smooth long lasting finish,

Garden Tidy

This customer asked me to go and clear the garden as it had become out of control. as you can see from the pictures the garden has been cut right back giving the customer accessibility and making it manageable.

Garden Overhall

The project involved clearing the entire garden of several years of growth, Overgrown with bramble bushes, Ivy and trees and much more. I was asked to remove the shed and re-instate the back fence.

When taking down the shed I realised there was enough good wood in it to make the fence from the shed / saving money and recycling. The new patio was made from slabs that were under the shed and other pieces the I dug out of the ground, again recycling wherever I can.

The garden was completely stripped back dug over allowed to settle before turfing.

The fences all around the garden was treated and I even cleaned and re-oiled an old teak table bring it up like new!

Overall the customer was very happy with the end result and I was happy with what I could recycle from the garden.

Bathroom Flooring and Tiling

Another job completed, removing bathroom carpet and laying a new flooring as well as repairing missing tiles above the toilet. going back to fit a new window sill. as I am sure you will agree this was a massive improvement.
